Today's strip was so much fun to draw. I especially like the feel of depth I pulled off in panel 2. Not really in any artistic sense, though- I'm just proud that I managed to fit four characters into one panel.

As you can see, I have jumped onto the bandwagon of webcomics that celebrate Halloween by dressing up their characters as, er, other people. Hopefully my little homages won't offend any of their original creators.

Ironically, I probably won't be doing much Halloweening myself. I've gotta work late Friday night, and I'll probably spend the rest of the evening relaxing with my sweetie and enjoying a beer or three. Still, I guess we should get a bag of candy in case and trick or treaters show up. Another bonus of living in an apartment building is that you don't care nearly as much if your place gets egged.

You've all probably seen this year's HSR Halloween cartoon but I'm going to link to it anyway just to be safe.

The deadline for pre-ordering shirts has come and gone. Thanks to everyone who ordered one. I will be sending art/money to the printer as soon as the last couple mail-in checks arrive.

One last thing- if you happen to be looking for a new (or almost-new) laptop, have I got a deal for you.

That's it for now, I think. Happy Halloween, I hope you get lots of candy. See you Monday!
